I'm Barbara Schiffman. I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist and Life Balance Coach based in Southern California.

I help highly creative, productive and spiritual people to evolve and energize their lives from the inside out. We work together through telecourses, private hypno-coaching sessions &/or live workshops.

I have also created several CD/workbook kits based on my coaching programs for people to use conveniently at their own pace.

My group and private programs blend Action-Coaching with Guided Imagery to create balance and energy from the inside out. I incorporate Quantum Physics concepts, Energy-Astrology, Tarot's Universal Archetypes, Personal Feng Shui and Therapeutic Imagery in each of my programs and customized coaching sessions.

In addition to my intensive training as a Hypnotherapist at Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana (CA), I'm certified as a Therapeutic Imagery Master Facilitator, a Past Life Regression Facilitator, an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master Facilitator and Instructor, and a Voyager Tarot Coach, Consultant and Teacher.

I'm also an Inner Guide Meditation Teacher, a Life Purpose Consultant, a Flash Forward Career Breakthrough Coach and Trainer and a Radiance Technique First Degree Practitioner. I continue to study new techniques and tools all the type, from astrology to hypnothyerapy to NLP and vibrational energy healing systems.
